In the Spring Semester of 2019, I worked as a social media intern with a non-profit organization called Kids Lacrosse the World. KLTW’s mission mission is building small, sustainable lacrosse programs in Kenya and Malaysia and I chose this program not only because of how much free reign and hands-on experience I would be given, but also because this is a cause I personally believe in. KLTW is working toward empowerment and organized sport in under-developed regions, something I was fortunate enough to have a small part in.
